The number after “S2” is the reach: this version covers pools up to 50 feet and includes a 50-foot kink-free EZ swivel cable, while the S2-40 (AJET121) tops out at 40 feet. A short cable limits how far the cleaner can travel from its power supply, so measure your longest dimension first.
