FINIS Agility Paddles (Medium)

Choosing the Right FINIS Agility Paddle Size

The Agility Paddles use a strapless, contour-based fit with no adjustable strap to compensate for a wrong size. This listing is specifically Medium (model 1.05.145.05, Yellow). Because the paddle stays on only through hand pressure and shape matching, sizing matters more than with strapped paddles — an oversized paddle will shift or fall off during drills, which is by design but frustrating if it happens every stroke.

Feedback Training vs. Standard Paddles

Unlike flat hand paddles that stay attached regardless of technique, these are engineered to detach when your stroke breaks down. That penalty builds awareness of positive pressure through the pull. FINIS lists them as versatile across butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, and freestyle, with low-impact resistance suitable for building muscle safely.

• Best for: Swimmers who need immediate tactile feedback on stroke mechanics.
• Sizing tip: The strapless fit offers no adjustment once in the water. If your hand is between sizes, choose smaller — a paddle that extends past your fingertips will fall off repeatedly.
