High Performance Swimming Pool Pump Above Ground 1 HP with Union Fittings

Before You Buy: Pooline 1 HP Above-Ground Pump

This guide helps confirm the exact listed item before purchasing. The Amazon listing identifies a Pooline pump, model 12729, as an above-ground pool pump with union fittings.

What to check

• Match the model: compare the old pump label or documentation for 12729 before replacing a different Pooline style.
• Confirm fitting type: the title states union fittings; verify your existing plumbing uses unions rather than glue-only adapters.
• Compare nameplate data: if your current pump lists different voltage, amperage, or flow specifications, use those values to compare against available seller details before ordering.

This listing is best used as an identity check for the Pooline 12729 above-ground pump candidate, not as proof that it replaces every other brand or fitting arrangement.
