Will this Intex cleaner fit your pool?

This is a pressure-side automatic floor cleaner for Intex above-ground pools only, model 28001E. It is not a robotic cleaner with its own motor and it does not include the filter pump; it uses water flow from an existing Intex filtration system.

  • Pump requirement: the listing says it requires a filter pump with a flow rate between 1,600 and 3,500 GPH. Check your pump’s rated flow before buying.
  • Hose/fitting check: it comes with a 24 ft 7 in hose and connects to 1-1/2-inch hose fittings. Verify your pool inlet connector uses that fitting size.
  • Pool-size limit: the listing describes it as suitable for pools up to about 24 feet in diameter, and it is not suitable for in-ground pools.
