Description

What the FS-2005 set includes

This is a Unicel replacement grid set for 60 square-foot vertical DE filters, not a cartridge and not a partial repair kit. Per the listing it contains 7 full grids plus 1 partial grid, the complete complement for rebuilding a 60 sq ft tank, each grid roughly 30 x 11 inches.

Compatibility checks

  • The listing’s fitment list covers Hayward, Pentair, American Products, Pac Fab, Sta-Rite, Astral, Waterway Plastics, Jacuzzi and Jandy DE models of this size; confirm your filter is a 60 sq ft DE unit before ordering.
  • These grids work with diatomaceous earth (DE) powder. Unicel’s listing states the grid-plus-DE pair filters down to an average of 2–5 microns; treat that as the seller’s stated spec, not independent testing.
  • Because this is a full-set product, order by your filter model and grid count rather than reusing counts from a worn set.
