You are buying a Kit that consists of a 2″ Spigot X 2″ Slip Slice Gate Valve and a 2″ Pump Union with Gasket or Oring that matches Union. The Valve recieves a 2″ pipe or fitting on one side and then slips inside of a 2″ fitting on the other side. It will slip inside of the pump union and glue and screw to a 2″ pump fitting. Don’t be confused we also offer a slice valve with a heater union. look at where it is attached in the spa if it is attached to the pump and the plumbing is 2″ and the pump wetend threads are 2″ (Which means it measures 3″ across the pump Threads) then this part is correct.
