Pentair EA20 White Ballast Float Replacement Automatic Pool Cleaner

Buying Guide: Pentair EA20 Ballast Float

EA20 appears in the catalog as “Ballast Float” in white (item 16 on the Legend 4-Wheel LL105 list; item 15 on the Legend and Legend II lists), with gray listed separately as LLA20G. It is a float fitted to the cleaner body itself and is included in the Legend Overhaul Kit LL206N.

How it differs from look-alike floats

The catalog carries other float-type items under different numbers: ED10P/LLD10PM are floats for the feed hose (quantity 10 per diagram on several lists), and EH09C is an optional sweep hose weight. EA20 is neither of those — buying by the word “float” alone risks the wrong part.

What to confirm with the seller

• Color match: white EA20 versus gray LLA20G are separate entries.
• Your model plate against a list where EA20 is called out (LL105, LL505G/LL505GG, LX5000 series, Platinum).
• Catalog quantity is 1 per cleaner diagram; any multi-pack claim should be confirmed with the seller.
