Description

Match the skimmer type, not just the pool name

This is a replacement skimmer basket for Pentair Admiral skimmers that use a floating weir. The weir is not included, so this item is only one component of a skimmer repair.

  • Compare part and size: the listing shows part number R38013A and dimensions of 8-7/16 inches diameter by 7-3/4 inches high.
  • Cross-reference legacy names: it is listed as a fit for American Products 850001-S-10 and Aladdin B-37 skimmers.
  • Check the weir arrangement: if your Admiral skimmer does not use a floating weir, verify another basket before buying.

For replacement shopping, match both measurements and the floating-weir design rather than relying on Pentair alone. Source: Amazon listing for B003VJUVW4.
