AquaLogix Blue Max Resistance Omni-Directional Aquatic Bells – Upper Body Pool Exercise Equipment – Includes Online Demonstration Video with 30 Sample Exercises (Bells Pair HRBBS)

Choose the right AquaLogix resistance bell

This exact listing is for the Blue Max Resistance Bells, a handheld pair designed for upper-body and core aquatic training. Unlike ankle or wrist fins, each bell is held in the hand and uses a molded pistol grip.

• Grip and fit: The seller describes a pistol-grip bell; check that your hand can hold it securely when wet before relying on it for fast movements.
• Resistance choice: Blue is presented as maximum resistance for moderate to slower tempo work. The listing notes smaller individuals may prefer the All-Purpose Bells if these feel difficult to move quickly.
• Workout pairing: The bells are positioned as most effective with lower-body AquaLogix fins, so decide whether you need a complete set or only upper-body equipment.

If your goal is handheld pool resistance rather than ankle drag, this SKU is the relevant choice; select a different bell family when grip size or speed is the deciding factor.
